Our family-run, charming getaway, nestled in the heart of the Tamar River Valley, is your invitation to experience the beauty of the Devon countryside!
We are easily accessible by car or train, only a half hour’s journey from Plymouth and within a short distance of Bere Alston train station.
Within the Enchanted Wilderness, you can explore the scenic Tamara Way trail, boat or fish in the river, or simply enjoy the serene quiet of the wilderness in our cosy cottages and rustic cabins. Beavers, otters, bees and owls all call our sanctuary home.
